1. Testing was conducted with 12 female volunteers who applied Gold Shape Extra Plus Firming Lotion every day after showering, morning and evening, for a duration of 7 days. It was found that the waist circumference decreased by an average of 2.99 cm.
2. Testing was conducted with 27 female volunteers who applied Gold Shape Firming Cream every day, morning and evening, along with the consumption of Super Hi-Sol formulation. They also engaged in physical exercise at least once a week for a duration of 4 weeks.

The study revealed the following maximum changes in body proportions:

• Body fat weight decreased by 6.3 kg.
• Waist circumference decreased by 4.0 inches.
• Hip circumference decreased by 3.0 inches.
• Left thigh circumference decreased by 2.2 inches.
• Right thigh circumference decreased by 2.0 inches.
• Left upper arm circumference decreased by 1.6 inches.
• Right upper arm circumference decreased by 1.2 inches.
